Mrs. Jane’s Blueberry Oatmeal Recipe Recommendation

Muffins are one of my favorite things to bake with kids. Measuring, whisking, sorting out the muffin liners – these are all fun activities they can do.

One of our favorite recipes is the Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins at Sally’s Baking Addiction. Sweetened only with maple syrup and made with oats and milk, these muffins are great for any time of day. For an even healthier boost, replace 1/4 cup of the all-purpose flour with whole-wheat flour. Click here to check out Mrs. Jane’s recommendation from Sally’s Baking Addition.

Favorite muffin book: “If You Give A Moose A Muffin” by Laura Numerous.

Join Mrs. Jane!If you've got a picky eater, aspiring chef or a creative baker, consider taking the dirty work out of your house and let your kids get their hands messy at Tig & Peach in Mrs. Jane's "What's Cooking?" class! Mrs. Jane is a local Pelham mom with two young daughters. She has a professional culinary degree, cooked in New York City restaurants, and worked as a food producer for Martha Stewart. She currently keeps busy writing for Cool Mom Eats, a family-focused food site, and cooking for her two ferocious-eating girls. We've witnessed our picky eaters trying new things and take on a new interest in baking since taking Mrs. Jane's class. After the overwhelming interest this semester, we are so excited to offer TWO classes this coming Spring, Mondays, and Thursdays at 4pm. Please note: class dates will be readjusted according to our reopening.
